The public limited company ALFA – BETA VASILOPOULOS SINGLE MEMBER S.A., with registered office in Gerakas, Attica (81 Spaton Ave.) ,with G.E.MI. registration number 000267201000 and VAT 094025817, has created this page so that you can easily and directly contact us. 

Through this page, we aim to improve the quality of our services provided to you, take into account all your feedback, answer any of your questions and offer you direct solutions improving your experience. 

Through this page you can: 

  • submit your request
  • share your opinion and suggestions
  • send any positive feedback 
  • exercise any of your rights with respect to the processing of your personal data, as explained below.

The aim of AB VASILOPOULOS is to respond to your requests immediately with sensitivity and responsibility. We investigate your case through your own eyes. 

We try to reply as quickly as possible and inform you of the steps you need to take in certain requests. Upon sending your request via the contact form, you will be sent an automated email to confirm receipt of your request. 

We always consider the specific characteristics of your case and each case is unique to us, seeking to propose a solution in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Group that meets your needs. 

When you fill out an application, in addition to the required information, you enter in it any other useful information for its handling. Our partners may contact you to obtain additional information if deemed necessary to resolve the request. 

When the competent department investigates your request, we will come back with the answer to your request. Each query we receive sharing the same sender data is included in the same file, even if the subject of the query is not related. We do this in order to have an overall picture of your concerns and be able to always offer you the best possible service and solution. 

To this effect, AB VASILOPOULOS conducts a customer satisfaction survey from time to time. When you are contacted by our representatives you will be asked if you wish to participate in the survey. If you do wish to participate, then your communication with our representative will be followed by recorded messages asking you to rate your service experience. Your answers will be included in the same file as your requests so that our company can evaluate the service we have offered to you with a view to improving it. 

AB VASILOPOULOS may use the data you submit in your queries for generating statistical data in order to always improve your service. 

PERSONAL DATA 

AB VASILOPOULOS, as the controller, processes the personal data provided by you. The data you submit should in no case include special categories of data, as defined by national law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). 
When entering and processing personal data, AB VASILOPOULOS, its employees and agents comply with the provisions of the applicable national and EU laws and the decisions of the Data Protection Authority.

AB VASILOPOULOS implements the appropriate technical, material and organisational security measures in order to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unlawful disclosure or access (including remote access) and against all other forms of illegal processing (including unnecessary collection or further processing). Those measures ensure a level of security that is appropriate to the risk, taking into account the evolution of technology, implementation costs and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing.

AB VASILOPOULOS ensures the confidentiality of personal data and does not disclose personal data in any way to any third party without prior notification of the data subject, except as expressly provided for in applicable law, such as where personal data must be disclosed to a competent public authority to comply with a legal obligation, or where it is necessary for the performance of a contract.  

Personal data are collected for specified purposes and are not further processed. Within this web page, your data are collected and processed solely for addressing your request, obtaining information about your request, replying, and carrying out a satisfaction survey. It is clarified that further processing for scientific or statistical purposes is not considered incompatible. 
 
Any natural person may request from AB VASILOPOULOS access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to exercise the data subject's rights to object to processing or to data portability. The request may be submitted either by calling the Open Line of AB VASILOPOULOS at 18202 (local charges apply based on the current tariffs of your telecommunications provider) or through this web page. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
