Information regarding AB Plus card search with mobile phone at stores’ cashiers
Due to technical system upgrades, for the next period you might experience some issues finding your AB Plus card with the use of mobile phone number search at our stores’ cashiers. You can always verify and update your personal details by creating an online account and linking your AB Plus card on ab.gr or AB App
Unlinking ΑΒ Plus cards from ab.gr user accounts
As part of upgrading the ΑΒ Plus loyalty programme, each card will now be linked to a unique e-mail address, a unique mobile phone number and just one ab.gr user account.
Cards linked to more than one ab.gr account will remain linked to just one account based on the following criteria and will be unlinked from any others. The information on each user’s account will have to be the same as that on the linked card.
The reasons your card may have been unlinked are:
i. The same card has been linked to more than one ab.gr account. In this case, the card remains linked to just one of the accounts it had been linked to based on:
- Its use for placing orders with the Click2Shop
- The last date the account was accessed
- The date the account was created
ii. Your personal account information is not the same as the information provided when the card was issued (name, telephone, e-mail, address, etc.)

If the card you had linked to your account was unlinked because it had not been issued with your details, you can issue and link your own card so you can continue to take advantage of AB Plus benefits, and the new services and surprises we have in store for you.
If you already have your own card, you can link it to your ab.gr account and update your details so they are the same as those on your card.

Cards which have been unlinked remain active and you can use them at any AB store.
Information about AB Plus basic reward calculation
AB Plus loyalty scheme's basic reward points are not calculated to product offers related to:- Percentage discount (eg -20%)
- Price discount (eg: -1€)
- Fixed-price (eg: only 3€)
- Buy 1 get 1 for free (1+1)
The value of tobacco products (tobacco and cigarettes), print media and pre-paid phone cards is not counted in the calculation of points under the AB Plus loyalty program.
